There is a refundable $300 reservation/damage deposit fee that is paid at the time of the booking. This reservation/damage deposit is returned within 10 days after your departure.

An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate must be paid 30 days before arrival. This is applied to the total rent. The balance is due 14 days before arrival.

A 15 day notice is required for cancellation in order for the reservation deposit and rental deposit to be refunded in full.

The maximum occupancy is 12 persons. An additional charge of $10 per person per night will be charged for additional guests. Persons under 25 years of age need prior approval from the rental manager to rent the property.

Check-in and check-out time is 12pm (noon) Utah time.

This is a non-smoking home.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises.
Pets are not permitted under any circumstances.
